Return & Exchange Policy

EUCSKY mainly provides bulk apparel manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private label production, printing, embroidery, labeling, packaging, and custom apparel services.

Because most bulk apparel orders are custom-made according to customer requirements, including fabric, size chart, color, logo, label, packaging, and order quantity, finished custom bulk orders are generally not eligible for standard retail returns or exchanges.

Order Confirmation

Before bulk production, customers are responsible for confirming product details, including design, fabric, colors, size chart, logo placement, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging, and quantity.

Once samples, production details, or bulk production are approved, changes may affect cost, lead time, and production arrangements.

Quality Issues

If there is a confirmed quality issue caused by production, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. Customers should provide clear photos, videos, order details, and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a practical solution, which may include repair, remake, replacement, partial compensation, or another agreed solution depending on the situation.

Non-Quality Issues

We are generally not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including wrong size chart, wrong artwork, incorrect logo placement, wrong color approval, wrong shipping information, or changes requested after production confirmation.

Custom Orders

Custom products with printing, embroidery, woven labels, neck labels, hang tags, packaging, barcode labels, or other private label details cannot be returned simply because of market preference, customer sales performance, or changes in business plans.

Shipping Damage or Missing Cartons

If goods are damaged during shipping or cartons are missing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, videos, carton labels, packing list, and shipping documents. We will help communicate with the carrier or freight forwarder when applicable.
