Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to EUCSKY bulk apparel manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private label production, printing, embroidery, labeling, packaging, and related apparel production services.
By contacting us, requesting a quote, placing an order, confirming samples, or making payment, the customer agrees to the terms described below.
Services
EUCSKY provides apparel manufacturing and production support for brands, wholesalers, distributors, online sellers, and private label customers.
Our services may include product development, sampling, bulk production, printing, embroidery, labeling, packaging, carton packing, quality control, and shipping arrangement support.
Quotation
Quotations are based on the product details provided by the customer, including product type, fabric, size chart, quantity, color, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging, and shipping requirements.
Prices may change if the customer changes the product design, quantity, fabric, customization details, packaging requirements, or shipping destination.
Samples
Samples may be developed before bulk production for fit, fabric, color, printing, embroidery, label, and packaging confirmation.
Sample approval by the customer is an important step before bulk production. Once a sample or production detail is approved, later changes may affect cost, lead time, and production arrangements.
Bulk Production
Bulk production starts after order details, payment terms, sample approval, and production requirements are confirmed.
Customers are responsible for confirming all production details before bulk production, including size chart, fabric, color, artwork, logo placement, labels, packaging, and quantity.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed before production starts. Bulk orders usually require a deposit before production and balance payment before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
EUCSKY is not responsible for delays caused by late payment or incomplete payment information.
Custom Products
Most bulk apparel orders are custom-made according to customer requirements. Custom products with printing, embroidery, labels, hang tags, packaging, or other private label details are generally not eligible for standard retail returns or exchanges.
Quality Control
EUCSKY will conduct quality checks based on confirmed production requirements. If a quality issue caused by production is confirmed, we will review the case and provide a practical solution depending on the situation.
Shipping
Shipping cost, delivery time, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local destination fees may vary by country and shipping method. Unless otherwise agreed, import duties, taxes, and local charges are usually the customer’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, designs, labels, trademarks, or brand materials provided to EUCSKY are legally owned or authorized for use.
EUCSKY is not responsible for disputes caused by unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
EUCSKY is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, late confirmation, late payment, force majeure, shipping delays, customs issues, or changes requested after production confirmation.
